The right part, the first time
The customer picks their car once. The store remembers it and writes « Fits your vehicle » on every part.
Origin (OEM) reference, yours or another brand’s: the part is found, even typed with spaces or dashes.
Can’t find it? They send a photo of the part or of their registration card. You answer with a price and a ready-filled order link.
Your stock online on day one
Your file as it is. A reference already online updates the price and stock, no duplicates.
All requests in one place. You answer by SMS or WhatsApp, with an order link valid for 7 days.
The customer collects the part, or your rider brings it in town. Couriers for the rest of the country.
Your rule on every part, before the purchase. The exchange is recorded on the order and the part goes back in stock.

My stock is in an Excel file
Import it as it is (.xlsx, CSV or copy-paste): you match each column to a field, laghazel checks every line, then creates your products. Importing again updates price and stock by reference.
I also sell used parts
Each part has its condition: new, used or refurbished, shown to the customer.
What if the part doesn’t fit the car?
You set your exchange rule (for example 7 days, part not fitted): it shows before the purchase, and the exchange is recorded on the order.
Does laghazel deliver my parcels?
No. You connect your own courier account (Yalidine, Abex…) with your rates, or you deliver your town yourself. The customer can also come to the shop.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the launch: no subscription, no commission. The final price will be announced in advance; nothing will be charged without telling you first.
