Your couriers, your account

laghazel doesn’t deliver: you connect your own account, with your rates. When you confirm, the parcel is created with your courier, who delivers, collects the customer’s payment and pays you.

How much does laghazel cost?

Nothing during the launch: the first stores open with no subscription and no commission. The final price will be announced in advance, and nothing will be charged without telling you first.

What can the AI assistant see?

What your store already shows: products, prices, stock, delivery fees. An order’s status only if the customer gives their order number and phone. Never your other customers, your settings or your credit.

Do I pay for the assistant?

The assistant is included for new stores. Its messages are billed by your provider (OpenAI, Claude or Gemini) on your own key, and you set a monthly cap.

Do I need a courier account?

Not to get started: you can set your own delivery prices, or let laghazel show an estimate that you confirm to the customer. To create parcels automatically, you connect your own Yalidine or Abex Express account. laghazel does not deliver itself.

Who collects the customers’ money?

Your courier collects it on delivery and pays you according to your contract with them.

Do my customers need an account?

No. They order with their name, phone and commune, pay on delivery and track their order with a simple link.

Can I work with my team?

Yes, up to 4 people per store, each with their own rights. One person can also manage several stores.

What will my store’s address be?

your-store.laghazel.com, with its HTTPS certificate, as soon as it is approved. You can then use your own domain name, for free.
