I sell refurbished phones
Each product has its condition: new, refurbished like new, very good or good. It shows next to the price, with the warranty you give.
What if the customer wants to return it?
Set your rule per product (for example exchange within 7 days if the box is sealed): it shows before the purchase, and the exchange is recorded on the order.
I install at the customer’s
Write what installation costs on the product page: the customer reads it before ordering. Deliver yourself in your town, and keep couriers for the rest.
Does laghazel deliver my parcels?
No. You connect your own courier account (Yalidine, Abex…) with your rates, or you deliver your town yourself. The customer can also come to the shop.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the launch: no subscription, no commission. The final price will be announced in advance; nothing will be charged without telling you first.
