Ordering like at the counter
The size, a sauce to choose, paid extras, ingredients to leave out and a note for the kitchen. The price follows their choices.
They share their location or choose their address: the page works out the distance, the price and the time. Too far? They switch to takeaway.
« As soon as possible » with the expected arrival time, or a later time. For takeaway, the order is ready at the time given.
The rush, under control
You place the restaurant’s pin and add your rings, each with its price and time. A minimum order if you want one.
Orders arrive with a sound. Accept, ready, out with the rider or collected: one button at each step. A number’s first order is flagged.
Pause orders, or add 10 minutes to the time shown, with one button. Orders already received carry on.
Your times and your seats per half hour. You accept or decline each request, and the customer gets an SMS.
Your questions
Does laghazel bring me customers?
No. laghazel isn’t a delivery app: your restaurant has its own page, and you share its link on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or your flyers. Customers order from you, and every order is yours.
Who delivers my orders?
Your rider. laghazel doesn’t deliver: it works out the distance, the price and the time for the customer. Without a rider, offer « Takeaway » only.
I close after midnight
Enter your hours as they are, for example 11:00 → 01:00: the store understands you close after midnight.
What about fake orders?
A number’s first order is flagged on the Kitchen screen: call before you start cooking. You can also set a minimum order for delivery.
Does laghazel deliver my parcels?
No. You connect your own courier account (Yalidine, Abex…) with your rates, or you deliver your town yourself. The customer can also come to the shop.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the launch: no subscription, no commission. The final price will be announced in advance; nothing will be charged without telling you first.
