Your trade’s details on each product
Under the product’s information, a « Details » section for your trade appears. What you fill in there is shown on the product page, in the customer’s language.
Before you start
- Your type of business in Settings › Store (see the guide).
Food
- Net weight, best-before date, storage, origin, ingredients and allergens.
- Fragile and Perishable are printed in large letters on the parcel’s order sheet.
- The product list shows « Best-before soon » 30 days before the date.
- Weight variants in one click: 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg.
Cakes: the box to compose
Compose your box: give the box sizes (500 g, 1 kg…) and your cakes with their price per kilo. The customer picks their cakes, by 250 g, up to the limit you set; the price follows their mix and is worked out on every order.
Made to order: with 2 days, the customer picks « When? » from the day after tomorrow. The chosen day shows on the order and on the sheet.
A box to compose has no variants: it’s one or the other.
Cosmetics and parapharmacy
- Brand required: your customers search by brand.
- Size, skin type (used as a filter on the store), how to use, from age.
- Key ingredients: one per line, with its effect after a dash (« Ceramides — strengthen the barrier »).
- Fragrance-free, suitable for children, safe during pregnancy: shown in « Who is it for? ».
Fashion, home, high-tech, medical equipment
- Fashion: material, size guide, care; size × colour or shoe size variants.
- Home and decor: dimensions, material, care.
- High-tech: model, warranty, specifications.
- Medical equipment: specifications, a link to the PDF datasheet, professional or personal use, and the « Ask for a quote » button.
Price on request and exchanges
Any product can be set to Price on request: its price is no longer shown, the customer sends you a request and you answer from Price requests (see the guide).
Each product’s Exchanges and returns card follows your rule, adapts it or refuses returns (see the guide).
