Store pickup and your own delivery
Delivery companies stay for the rest of the country. In your town, the customer can also come to the store, or be delivered by your rider. laghazel never delivers itself: it’s your rider.
Store pickup
Turn on Store pickup, check the address, add the Google Maps link and say how long an order takes to be ready and how long you keep it.
The customer sees Store pickup · Free, your address and « Ready in 1 h · kept 48 h for you ». They pay when they collect their order.
The steps of a pickup order
Status What happens Confirmed You prepare the order. Ready at the store The customer gets the SMS « Your order is ready » with your address and the map link. Picked up The customer came: the exchange period starts that day. The « Order ready at the store » message is edited in Integrations › SMS.
Deliver your town yourself
Turn on I deliver myself and add the communes you deliver, each with its price, its delay (same day or next day) and an amount from which delivery is free.
Offer time slots (10 am – 1 pm, 2 pm – 5 pm…) and a cutoff time: an order placed after it is delivered the next day.
In those communes, the customer picks Delivered by the store and their time slot. The order goes « Out with the store’s rider », then « Delivered ».
Your opening hours
Enter your hours day by day (closed on Friday, for example) and a note for Ramadan or public holidays. The store shows « open until 7 pm » next to pickup.
