Set your delivery prices, even without a courier
When they order, your customers see a delivery price. It comes from your connected courier, from your own rates, or, if nothing is set, from a laghazel estimate shown as “about”, which you confirm with the customer.
Before you start
- Your store’s wilaya in Réglages › Boutique (Settings › Store): that’s where parcels leave from.
Where the price comes from
At the top of Réglages › Livraison (Settings › Delivery), three cards show what your customers see:
- Transporteur connecté (Connected courier): the exact price from Yalidine, Abex… for the customer’s commune (connect a courier).
- Mes tarifs (My rates): your own prices per wilaya. The customer sees an exact price.
- Estimation laghazel (laghazel estimate): the fallback when nothing is set for a wilaya. The customer sees, for example, “about 600 to 750 DA”.
Fill in your rates in one click
Remplir avec les prix habituels (Fill with usual prices) puts the going price from your wilaya into every wilaya. Un prix partout (One price everywhere) puts the same price in all 58 wilayas. Par zone (By zone) sets one price per large zone (Centre, East, West, High Plateaus, South, Far South).
Then open a zone to adjust a specific wilaya. When your price differs from the going price, « habituel : 550 » (usual: 550) appears next to it.
An empty box isn’t a mistake: for that wilaya, the customer sees the connected courier’s price, or else the “about” estimate.
Wilayas you don’t deliver to
Untick Je livre ici (I deliver here). A customer in that wilaya reads “This store doesn’t deliver to … yet” and can message you on WhatsApp (if you’ve added a mobile number in Réglages › Boutique).
Free delivery and couriers
Livraison offerte dès (Free delivery from): from this order amount (after discounts), delivery is free for the customer. Leave it empty for never.
If a courier is connected: keep your prices (the cheapest courier serving the commune carries the parcel), or show the courier’s price and let the customer choose.
An order at the estimated price
The customer saw “about …” and the order arrives with an Estimée (Estimated) tag on the delivery price. In the order, enter the Prix réel (Actual price) then click Ajuster (Adjust) before confirming.
The confirmation SMS gives the customer the exact total, delivery included. If you confirm without adjusting, the estimate becomes the price.
An order at the estimated price doesn’t confirm itself through the SMS link: it waits for you to set the price.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the usual prices come from?
From public prices of Algerian couriers for a parcel up to 5 kg, by distance between wilayas. laghazel updates them with real prices it observes. They’re reference points, not a quote.
Do my prices change when laghazel updates the usual prices?
No. Your rates stay yours, and an order always keeps the price it was placed with.
What about the product page?
With your rates, the product page shows “Delivery from …” (your lowest price) and, if you’ve set it, free delivery above an amount.
